a Somewhat Dated Stay

limited menu road noise
the room service menu was quite limited, and the food took a long time to arrive. the promised turndown service never materialized. the noise from the nearby road was more noticeable than i anticipated. i found several hairs in the bathroom. there was also a stain on the carpet.

excellent hotel experience

quick rearrangement buffet selection food quality
i attended a birthday party with around 70 people. the staff quickly moved the barbecue inside when the weather turned rainy. the buffet had a great food selection including vegan options. everyone liked the service and the food quality.
the hotel decor seems outdated. our bathroom was small. the bath was dirty and the ceiling had some mould. the throw pillows on our bed were filthy.

Fantastic stay!

friendly staff clean room beautiful grounds
The staff was friendly, and the service was very good. Our family room included two double beds. They were clean though slightly dated. The hotel grounds proved beautiful for a stroll. I found that the friendly staff really enhanced the experience.
I noticed the bedrooms looked outdated and could use some modernisation. the bathroom had poor water pressure.
Dining

The breakfast spread was nice with lots of options and distinct seating areas. The food at the Orangerie bar was really good. It had a great selection of meals on offer. I found the friendly staff to be very accommodating.

The garden view room was definitely worth the upgrade, it provided a great view. I found the rooms to be very clean and spacious. the beds are comfortable and wide.
